As a Reiki Master, registered nurse, and intuitive coach, I blend clinical insight with energetic precision. I don’t just follow a protocol — I tune in to your system and guide the session based on what’s actually needed.

Meet Heather Headley

Hello! I’m Heather — a registered nurse, certified holistic coach, and Reiki Master. I created Look Within as a space for people who are ready to stop numbing, start healing, and finally come home to themselves. I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve carried the weight of grief, anxiety, and survival mode. And I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside while feeling completely off inside. My path has taken me from Missouri to the mountains, from emergency rooms to energy work. I’ve studied psychology, earned my BSN, and spent over 15 years in medicine — but it wasn’t until I turned inward that true healing began. Now, I blend Reiki, intuitive coaching, energy healing, and soul-level insight to help people break through emotional blocks, reconnect with their bodies, and find clarity in the chaos. My work is direct, grounded, and deeply compassionate. No fluff. No spiritual bypassing. Just real conversations, real tools, and real transformation.
